Hello! I am currently accepting new clients. I am an Oregon registered LPC Associate and a Washington MHC Associate with a passion for helping women get in touch with their authentic selves. I believe that self-confidence is the foundation for creating the life we want and self-awareness is the first step. The cause of low self-esteem can be caused by a multitude of issues from our past or present. The resulting symptoms can show up as anxiety, depression, anger, loneliness, relationship stress, dissociation, and indecisiveness, to name a few. I believe knowledge is power, and I would love to collaborate with you to create a structured space to help you embrace your power and put it to work for you!
